Great weekend, sunny yesterday and beautiful, Seahawks win, Huskies win Friday night (great win over Stanford).
Staying the course, always a challenge, business lunch today-salads are not always the best option unless they come without dressing and what the toppings are. Sandwiches are outrageous for calories. I take a bar in case I have very little I can eat and eat it later (don't want to appear rude when you are with clients).
