Started using the bowflex and treadmill again. Hope I can stick to it. Drank vodka and cran/pomegranate juice last night. No carbs. Staying away from the beer. Have not drank beer since New Years. Actually I started Atkins Jan. 4th @ 206 lbs, So I have lost 10.2 lbs since then.
