So, still slow and steady decline, half pound to a pound a week.

Lift some weights burn more fat and eat a bit leaner till you reach that goal - you can do it .

Thanks. Doing weights 15 minutes since last week. Upper buddy and abdominal crunches with weights -- I walk a lot but can take it to a jog here or there. But yes, I should be able increase time spent on the weights gradually too. 30 minutes seems a reasonable and sustainable in the long run.

for sure you can - and believe me lifting a small amount burns more then walking -if you can manage a full body workout the scale will go down and the toning becomes visual.
