It has been a trying week loosing slowly but my gym trainer says that it is normal not to loose a lot for the first 3 to 4 weeks once you start gyming. We shall see but I am feeling as if I have more spring in my step. Still miss my sweeties find I start craving them late afternoon, hopefully the cravings will start disappearing. To everyone reading this, we can do this it may be one slow step at a time but each step forward is a step closer to our goals. Keep up the good work!!!!
