Gained a pound after a week of travel, visiting, no exercise. My daughter made an absolutely delicious apple something cake. A small piece was more carbs than I've had in one day for 11 months. Great way to sin. Equally great was the French onion soup. The family Christmas dinner had three kids, pregnant daughter, two vegetarians and me trying to stay on Atkins. Small challenges, easily overcome with lots of good food and family.
