As I have reached goal weight, not to stressed about the .3 gain, that is easy to drop. Best of luck to everyone

how i wish i could say that, my weight loss is either verrrrrrrrrry slow or i drop a lot then gain it back but since mid last month been doing cardio 6days a week and been eating healthy hope that works if i still weigh the same by month end September i give up. Congrats on your achievement

don't give up EnnieB, keep going. Also very important to follow a healthy eating lifestyle for weight-loss. Do some exercises as well as cardio
