I am back to start again, have my thyroid under control now found out I had graves disease then it did a 360 and had hashimotos. With all the stress i have been comfort eating but i now have my head in gear, starting gym tomorrow. All excited.

Toni, I am so pleased to find someone with the same problem as myself. At the moment trying to get my thyroid under control with the endocrinologist's help. Not there yet, but really trying to shed the excess weight. All the best with your gym!

Good morning ladies, I also have Hashimotos. What problems are you experiencing? Have your hormone levels not stabilised on the meds?

Debra, after 30 years with Hashimotos, I now have a combination of Hashimotos and Graves disease, the graves disease is fighting against the medication. Its proving difficult to find the balance right now.
