Didn't cheat yesterday and I won't cheat today. So ready for the "Ready for Summer 2017" challenge to start in a few more days. I did a mile on my elliptical yesterday but I think I pushed myself a little to hard, had a headache which turned into a migraine.

Average HR was 154 and Max was 187 and I worked out for over 40 min, so I can see how that happened. I wonder if me not eating before the workout contributed also? Trying the do IF along with low carb.

Good Job! I know if I don't eat before a workout I feel weaker during it, sometimes getting light headed, nausea or a headache. I try to have an afternoon snack about an hour before I start a workout now, usually some nuts or one of the new Oscar Mayer P3 packs.

Thanx!! Yea today I will try eating some nuts and maybe a protein shake before I workout.

Yes - not eating first will cause that light headed feeling.
