Thank you guys for the support. Its a 2 week loss as it was my birthday on the 4th and was celebrating the whole long weekend with cake and braai and bread but it was worth it. So i stayed away from the scale last week. I was also celebrating a 25 kg loss so far. On 1st April 2016 I was wearing a size 28 (yep, a 52) and at 1st August 2016 I was on size 20 (42). So it was a double celebration.

Thank you Nicki225. I feel awesome. It doesn't feel like such hard work with Banting, all the food i make is delicious.
