Well after a month of no loss, likely since it's been too hot and humid to get out and do much, I've finally made a little bit of progress. At least in all that time I maintained weight. Even though if you consider how many times I went between 228 and 227 I probably lost twenty lbs without going down at all 😂

Same here!I keep losing and gaining the same pounds over and over again😨.Eventually it does stay down.
