ready to try keto diet but sick today so will plan for tomorrow. Down 50 from all time high of 220# but have been at same wt give or take 2 pounds for over a year. Saw recent pics and I am bigger than I thought. I have less muscle than when I weighed this 5 years ago. Starting wearing pedometer again a week ago. With fibromyalgia and rheumatoid disease fatigue has been an issue. My current steps goal is to just keep increasing.
