Had my final performance of the year and a wonderful restaurant and BLEW my diet all to heck because I had dessert....Dolce de leche ice cream and a mini molten chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. I figured this is a one time thing then right back on the wagon!
My weight loss has slowed incredibly since I relaxed my diet restrictions for the month of December. It was time for me to take a break and enjoy the holiday season. I'm not gaining but not losing as quickly as I was before.
I have oral surgery scheduled for Thursday this week and I'm trying to gear myself up for that. It's an extraction and a bone graft on a front tooth. Not anticipating being able to eat much more than soups and other soft things thru to the new year. With luck and determination, that will help me kickstart the weight loss again.
The Dr says this could take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to heal before the titanium post can be implanted, then another 3 months or so for that to heal an then the permanent crown goes on. WooHooo! Almost $3500 for one tooth! I must be insane! LOL!
