Trying not to be discouraged - think about what I said yesterday about waistline & body fat%. Scale was steady at 146.5, maybe that's my "new normal?" Just keep workin' at it. So I mentioned that I'm trying this Stronglifts 5x5 program, did 5 sets of 5 squats Monday w/5 lb weights. So yesterday I felt it, but not too bad until I got on the treadmill, whoa!!! Did my normal 3 miles at about 4.6 mph, and this morning it's like I ran a half marathon or something. MAN, am I SORE! Definitely will be walking on my breaks no matter how hot it is outside - need to loosen up a bit. Tonight is another 5x5 night, plus I need to finish cleaning the kitchen, which is a total mess! That will be the exercise for the evening, haha!
