I guess I must have eaten nearly 25,000 calories in 12 hours yesterday, at least I burned off about 500 with extra walking. ...or maybe it's water weight from just carbs (at .4g of water per 1g of carbs. Really not in the miid to calculate). It is what it is.

You have mentioned you are on a different plane emotionally when it comes to your family. Weighting yourself with sugar may have had the effect of making you more relatable to them. You will recover.
