So I'm back down to 146 lbs; took almost a week to lose the weight I gained back - GRRR!!! So, the goal this weekend is to NOT gain any weight. 146 lbs on Monday, that's the goal. So far I've tracked every day for nearly 2 weeks, probably a new record. I did pretty well today food-wise, until dinner. DH and I went for Mexican. I did manage to hold the chips down to about 6 or 8, alternating between the salsa and queso. We split an order of beef fajitas, and also split the dessert, which was essentially apple pie ala mode. So I went over calories, so time for the elliptical!
