I way over didn't four day weekend. I know better but I just went completely off my diet...obviously. Warren .... I'll need some words of encouragement. Don't fail me now.

Yep..boy do I have my work cut out for me! My trainer had no mercy on me tonight. I'll probably lose a couple of pounds by tomorrow morning! Lol wouldn't that be nice? (But not deserved....yet!!)

You can do it; we all slip up; just step it up and you're back on track.

I gained 4 lbs over the holiday week end also. But it was worth every ounce. food was just awesom. Hubby worked so hard on his ribs. Fresh blueberries, made a wonderful cobbler.
