Big surprise here! I figured I'd lose another lb, wasn't expecting to lose 2 lbs; not that I'm complaining! But I don't expect this to keep up, I might lose another lb or 2 by the end of the week. So, 2 days worth of tracking, doing good so far. Got a small test coming up at 10am. A co-worker's going away party, complete with coffee and donuts. Last week I was a greedy, greedy pig when someone brought treats to the office. Today I've resigned myself to having a donut - but just ONE! Only ONE! I will consider myself successful if I have just one; of course if I somehow get out of there without having any, that will be cause for celebration!!!
