I guess I don't really know what I am doing on here sometimes.... lol I don't know when my "diet" switched to the low carb thingie although that is what I am trying to accomplish on this mission...but it wasn't showing my true weight loss since I started on here, because of the diet switch and it only showed me at 8 lbs. something, when it's really like 17....now it shows no weight loss at all and I think I will delete the new diet switch and go back to where I was before I started messing around with stuff :/

If you change diets, it resets your starting point. I started at 222 but it doesn't show it. I do know if you are just using the mobile app it's harder. The full site offers so many more options.

If you go to your weight history, it shows the bar graph of your entire history. Mine goes back to 2010. I opted to "show hidden" or "restore."
