Demonstrating that calories don't completely correlate with weight: I weighed myself very early this morning, when I happened to wake up a few hours before my alarm, and my weight had only gone up .2 on the scale. The previous week I was on vacation and not only did I not even try to calorie count I know I ate several overly large meals at restaurants and probably was several thousand calories more than I would have eaten in a week had I been home. I did get a fair bit of exercising in from walking, but still.

Weight loss and weight gain are confusing. XD
