Had such an emotional moment when I saw the numbers on the scale today...if someone had told me last year when I stumbled on FS that I would be in the 70s...I would have laughed my head off. Its beyond amazing what one can achieve with the right mind-set, hard work and support. Lord knows the road has been soooooooooo bumpy...

All I can say is 5:2 seems to be working wonders for me...been eating about 500-600 calories on fast days and about 1200 on non-fast days. well,been doing more of a 4:3 for the past 2 weeks...now wanna try make my meals more low carb...
Being part of #team5am is also helping with the toning...at this rate...I could be slipping into a size 36 by month end(last time I managed to squeeze into a 36 was back in 2007)...
Anyhoo, have an awesome week guys and lets be great:-)

Do you eat 1200 cals for 5 days and the 500-600 for 2 days? How do you keep from eating and only take in 500-600 cals, that is low. This is a plan I need to try to get myself back in control of my weight.

You are doing awesomely. I love your workouts...turbo jam, CIZE and 30 day shred. All the cool stuff. Good luck with reducing the carbs. That size 36 is winking at you. Wont be surprised if it fits already :)
