No change. Feeling run down and had a hard time getting though the workout today – but I made it. The guy on the elliptical was coughing up a storm. I survived the Indian buffet yesterday (I stuck with salad, tandoori chicken, and tikka marsella) but didn’t feel too great afterwards.
