So very true, self flagellation is a pastime only God would understand! However, if you want to be conked on the head several times with a foam baseball bat, I'm free next Wednesday at 5:00 PM. :)

Indeed. More sh.t going on today. My mother's aging and dementia triggers my drinking and eating BUT your posts and encouragement , your posts and encouragement (FS karma)gets and keeps me in the game! Thank you all!!! 

Sorry to hear that the drama continues, all of us in some way are dealing with issues with aging parents, mine right now is grief-stricken because one of my Uncles died yesterday. He lives in East Texas and he and my Aunt have been divorced for 20 years, but he's still family and she is inconsolable right now. 

So sad. We have each other and they have us. That's something! 

So true, she let me cry on her shoulder for many years, I guess now it's my turn....but I hate to see my Mother cry!!
