I did an experiment yesterday and confirmed that pork doesn't like me. I can eat ham but anything "typical" pork makes me hold water the next day. I had ground pork as a hamburger yesterday. Tasty but won't be doing it again. Yes, the ketchup carbs didn't help but they don't generally bump me up just on their own. Everything else I ate was what I had planned and was good for me.
I walked about 3.5 miles yesterday, found a creek at the bottom of a hill in the forest and, YES, I put my feet in. Even found a little fishy curious enough to come close. Got the downtime I was looking for. Came back home, cooked and ended up watching Hallmark movies on youtube. I had thought about going out to a movie but between the offerings and the clouding up outside, decided I'd be just as happy saving $15 and watching a movie in bed so I did.
