i have all the knowledge... but i just cant seem to get my belly and my brain to co-operate!! emotional and stress eating going wild!! :(

Tanya that is what they call an emotional eater. What I have done was to sit done and plan an eating program and a healthy lifestyle and stay on it. If we braai or eat something that is not on the plan then I try to keep it to the minimum and its working for 18 weeks now. Just don't quit and you will get to end results that you planned on. All the best.
