Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is short and will turn you from flab to fab, lol. You just have to work through it slowly. You wouldn't believe how fast your build endurance. But there are many exercise dvd's out there that can help you tone up. Combining cardio with some strength training type videos will make you in to a lean machine. Good luck!

Thank you for your advice suzi161. I will try make some time to do some yoga. Also, find where the exercise dvd is. I think it is collecting dust now haha. :D
