I am back---again after 63 days, and about 10 pounds heavier. After my last weigh in, I had a pipe burst causing almost two months of home renovation and repair. in the meantime I have been partly in a hotel, and eating out A LOT. My good log went to the way side. so what have I learned that I already knew? - That I am a stress eater. sonwhat can I do about that? I can get these 10 pounds off, but I sorely need better cooling strategies. my son made me so angry today that I went shopping to cool off. So, here we go. I hope to be back where I was in 8 weeks. hope everyone is fine. I have read no posts. blessings-

I know what stress eating Jaime. I have always been that way. My other issue is that I always seem to be so busy that I would cook something fast or do take out. Not healthy. Food luck, the journal helps keep me on track.
