Awesome! I stepped in the scale this morning hoping to be in the 180's. It read 190.0. I think the bastard was mocking me.

Thank you one and all it is been a very long struggle but not because it was hard to do this because it took so long 133 pounds in one year and near two weeks

Perseverance mate....I've watched your process as I was going down my path... I remember your first upper body workouts last fall...you powering through a couple of long plateaus...your measured health improvements....well done BB!!. Please don't be bashful and please tell others who don't know you that well, where you started from, your age and what got you here...you have been, and are an inspiration to me (along with many others here). Just started with Fat Secret. Had been 110 lbs most of my life. Broke a vertebrae and my health went downhill from there gaining 50 lbs. Started crossfit last August five days a week and did not lose weight and due to a health problem stopped in early March. Since I loved crossfit, I am getting back to it with a reduced caloric intake. Because basically it's just about calories in to reduce weight. Lets all get healthy!!!
