Carbs have been way over done. So I am going to do some major restructuring. Kinda upset because I have gained some weight back. Really, really need to buckle down and record everything that I eat whether it be good or bad!! Boo hoo is how this has made me feel! Please wish me luck! Freaking 10lbs again! I really want to be below 125 by the beginning of the new year!
