Down a bit today. Also my belt is in another hole. I'm hoping I will settle at a waistline of somewhere around 32 or 33 inches. I seem to be heading for 28 inch belt, which makes no sense. BMI now 25.6. I'm slowly moving towards the end of being overweight.

I had to go to a meeting today where treats were laid out (bagels, cream cheese, chocolates mints). I looked at them. There was a bowl of miniature chocolates at the table where I was sitting. I did not touch them. I could feel the temptation. An inner voice said "One won't hurt". But I did not give in. What happened to the old me?

On Sunday my favourite ex asked me when was going to stop losing weight. I told her what my goal was. She seemed rather surprised. I get the impression that I may now be close to weighing almost what she does (and she is of somewhat slighter build than me and quite slim).

Maybe you should take a tape measure to your belt and pants just to see if they all match up, not take notice what it says on the tag. You were very strong not touching Chocolate mints, I would have struggled with those..........well done. Gold Star.......
