Thank you, Draglist! I feel that I am losing that dang 5 pounds that creeped up on me from the past 2 weeks. Although I honestly do think I was taking in much more than my daily caloric requirement previously. Loving keeping track. I feel this will be a big catalyst to my success!

You should realize that calorie counting doesn't really work because our body has hormones and doesn't always directly respond to the profile of calories in or consumed versus burned just keep doing what you're doing it's working and time will take care of the rest
