Scare... I have to go on a low sodium low cholesterol diet.. I have the beginings of a bad heart valve and a small aorta aneurysm that they are hoping to control by medications and diet.. this year has been one heck of a year... near replacement in jan... came back to work for bout two weeks.. and then off a week in the hospital for this..
