:( haven't even been eating very poorly, seems as if i eat just a few bad meals over a couple weeks i gain, gain gain... went grocery shopping last night, only got healthy items. here's to doing this better, i've got to get these pounds off i have gained over the last 9 months and get back on a healthy living plan with more exercise...again.
