So It's been about 2 months and 5 days since my last weigh in, and I've only lost 1.8 pounds, could've been more strict on myself with working out and eating a lot healthier, haven't necessarily gone all crazy with eating bad, had my cheats here and there mostly with beer, still a tad bit strict with no wheat so far so good. My friend and I have decided to do 4 month weight loss challenge it started on January and we are now on our last 30 days, so that means I have 30 days to push hard, I put myself on a 30 day fitness challenge, I'm not going to get the "amaze" body I want but it will be a start to push myself towards my goals and want to see how good the results will be, so far I've lost 6.6 pounds so I'm very happy about that!
