It was my birthday weekend - the culmination of a 3-week period of no diet and no willpower whatsoever (aka Christmas, NYE, B-day). Starting today, Monday the 11th, I'm back to at least watching my calories and recording things I eat.
Contemplating trying the Metabolism-B Carb Rehab diet, but for now, back to regular moderation monitoring 'diet.'
