Eating is going well. I have been having a pancake craving and making lovely protein powder pancakes. My new whey powder has stevia in it so I don't use splenda any more. I really need to update the recipe because I am also using hazelnut flour instead of flaxseed. But yum!
I am being totally sedentary however because *grumble gripe* I am sick again. Something upper respiratory. I saw the doc yesterday and spent some time on a nebulizer. I should probably use my inhaler more; my asthma has been way worse since the pneumonia last spring.
It is both harder and easier to diet when sick - sometimes I'm just not very hungry but sometimes I really want comfort food. So far so good though.
