that is great. How do you fine the time to walk so many miles. My Hubby and I walk 3.5 miles every morning and Our walk on the beach is 4 miles, Takes us a hour give or take. so How fast do you do your 7 to 8 miles. We try to do the beach walk at least once a week some time twice weather permitting.

Nice drop. That's a lot of walking, good for you. I'm almost at 1 mile 2 or 3 times a week. Now I know how high the bar is set at least.

I am really impressed with your walking. I barely walk to the end of the driveway. That's part of the reason I'm having trouble getting to goal.
