It's only Tuesday and I'm down to 232 I'm definitely hitting the 220s this week for the first time guaranteed. My power lifting belt came in yesterday and I had a a great back work out. Dead lifting rack pulls I got 405x15 and 550X2 and I'm sure 500 is easy off the floor by now.
