242.5 lbs. Hoorah; what a drop! Had to weigh twice just to make sure. Haven't gotten much more than studies done so far this week.
Good Morning, FS Warriors! Had a nice drop this morning; must have broken through. Temps have dropped and the rain has fallen, and I have been swamped with schoolwork. There is a pattern here; the last week of class is very demanding as a rule. That is when final papers and exams have to be completed in addition to the other daily requirements. The school goEs to such extremes to ensure online participation that it is much more demanding than actually attending in a classroom setting. I am already committed to another class that starts in a week and a half. After that, I am going to take my next class in a classroom setting.
I got our church started on some new accounting software, and spent all morning yesterday ensuring the first monthly report would be accurate. It makes it so much easier for the Church Treasurer to keep records, but there is a bit of a learning curve and it takes a while to populate everything initially and correctly.
I am still doing pretty well on the diet - ergo the pretty significant drop. I had been hovering around a plateau for a while; it always feels good when you break through. I haven't really been starving myself, but you would think so, compared to the volume that I had gotten into the habit of eating. With me, it always comes down to volume and portion control.
