Yes indeed. I used to drink up to 4-6 cups of coffee a day and I kept complaining to my doctor of headaches and anxiety. It turns out I'm both addicted and sensitive to caffeine. My side effects also included forgetfulness and irritability. Check with your doctor.

I forgot to mention, I don't drink coffee anymore and my headaches and forgetfulness are gone completely.

Yes...too much can make you more nervous and jittery, in moderation it can make you more alert. I enjoy drinking coffee but haven't experienced the issues that affected Gleny, if I did I'd have stopped too.

I drink about a 2 liters of diet cola a day. The other day I drank 3 liters! Which is 6000 mg. Since I quit drinking alcohol it's my vice. I have been extra anxious and forgetful and had bad headaches. Thanks for your help guys! Wedding was amazing!
