So in one month I have lost 10 pounds. I am happy. But I can loss more. I have notice positive changes. I have put on some muscle and lost some fat. But I think I can do more. I have been going to the gym 4 days a week. All of the cardio I have been doing is my running. Which is from 3-4 miles of walking and running. Then the cardio at my bjj classes. So I plan to change a few things to try to get more bang for my buck. I plan to add two more days to the gym. So this will be 2 days of cardio. I also plan to add an hour of cardio on the other days. But again if I loss 10 a month I will be happy.
