a week of cake for breakfast, in addition to other very bad food choices and no running has made the scale my enemy today! i decided this morning i wasnt going to log my weight. but not logging it doesnt mean it hasnt increased. i must pay for my sins!!

Never feel ashamed to record a weight gain. We are not here to make u feel inferior for gaining weight and you owe it to yourself to be truthful about it always :) Jump back on that wagon!

lol, know the feeling. last week was a seattle brownie, almond croisant and hazelnut latte, friday was 5.5 krispy kreme donuts and 2 chocs
