When I stepped on the scales for my weekly weigh in I did not think I had lost anything but I was so pleased when I saw that I had lost another pound this week. I keep expecting the plateau to be reached, but no, I am still losing weight regular despite my high carb diet. Now eleven pound loss in 8 weeks, nice and slow just how I intend it to be. Today Mother's day in England and I will be having a naughty meal out but my will is strong and I know that tomorrow I will be back on track. Good luck in your weight loss to all here on fatsecret.
