Warmed up for 10 minutes. Jogged 10, walked 1 minute (X2) plus jogged an additional 8 minutes. Total jogged 28 minutes, walked 15. Up the routine incrementally tomorrow morning, and then rest on Sunday - Hallejujah! Wasn't too bad this morning. I loaded up my little IPOD Shuffle last night and was prepared to hit it first thing this morning. Be back to running over 30 minutes in no time.

My other half decided to eat out again last night. Lowest cal item I could find that I would eat, on the menu, was a hamburger patty with onions and swiss. So, I ordered that, american fries (I know - but they were good) and boiled carrots (which I patted myself on the back for my good choice, but didn't eat much of them, cause I didn't like them much). That's how to really lose weight - order what you don't like. Oh well, confirmed that I really did break through that plateau, cause I'm the same weight today - Hurrah!
