Hello Young lady, Today is officially the first day of Spring. We have snow forecast for tomorrow. Jump to it!!! and get back to healthy eating and lots of excercise. You know it makes sense. Great to be back in touch. Hope you are keeping well and happy with your life. All the best. Jim. 

Thanks Jim!! I'm trying to eat healthier/less food in general and yes I NEED to get my exercise back in! IT DOES MAKE SENSE!!!! All is well and happy...hope it is the same with you!
