I don’t know if other people have this problem, but my didgital scale gives me two to three different weight if I step on the scale three different times in within the same min. So my top weight was 217.6 today which I am ok with because that means I have 7 day to lose 0.6 pounds to meet the goal I set for myself. However the other number on the scale was 216.2. I didn’t record that because it may be a fluke but it lets me know I am close to getting to my goals.
