hmmmm not sure what happened to my scale :-) but i was eating less than my calories burned yesterday however i am gaining 1 pound....maybe it's the muscle i have build up? or...my food count is not accurate...or my exercise count is not accurate? give it a few more days to test it out what's really helping with weight loss. or...maybe i am in my period time...only can do some light exercise today. will eat less also.

That pound could be for a whole lot of reasons (from exercise, hormones, sodium, etc.). If you are on plan, don't worry too much. Maybe drink some extra water for a couple of days.
