This morning I weighed in at 145.25 lbs!!! Three weeks into the 12-week challenge, and I've lost a little over 3 lbs, which is TERRIFIC! But even better is, I've officially lost 10 lbs since Sept 1st of last year. That's a really slow average of 2 lbs a month, but I'll take it!!! My new fitness goals are to lose 5 lbs in February, and build my running up to 1 mile in March - maybe do a 1 mile fun-run. I had no less than 3 running injuries last year, so I've got to take this real slow. Right now I'm only running on my treadmill, at about 4mph for 4 minutes at a time. Again, really slow, but if I can run a full mile at 4mph that will be just fine. Distance, not speed - don't want a repeat of last year:(
