I've been working really hard to stick to my calorie budget. I give myself treats now and then..so I don't feel deprived. working standing on my feet is really helping. I've been trying to do 20 min of weight training and 30 minutes on treadmill 4 days a week. it's working thus far. wedding is a month away...can I keep it up?
