Soooo...today I start the 12 week "Lose a lb a week" challenge. Probably not getting off to a good start; I'm a little down in the dumps about something & am fighting the urge to get a sweet treat to make me feel better. Tomorrow I'm giving the "Stop & Drop" diet a try, something I read about in a magazine. It's probably not a great idea, but neither is getting a sweet treat when you're feeling down. Sometimes we just don't get to do what we want to do, that's all.
