Wow a whole 14 points for last week!!! Hopefully back on track now, with a 10000 step goal to start the week. This is one of my targets for this year to try and up my daily step average to 10000. I don't think I will achieve it, but then again if I don't try I won't know.

Yesterday was a particularly low day for me and as I slept for a lot longer last night I assume it was the whole Christmas period catching up with me. So I am starting 2016 from today. Back on the wagon of healthy eating and exercise to continue to maintain my weight, and this will mean continuing with FS as this is where my inspiration and encouragement comes from (and from DH of course).

Lots to look forward to this year, Hope everyone else on FS has a good and healthy 2016 :)
